Apparatus Life Extension

When switchgear reaches its end of service life due to the circuit breakers and protective relays within it becoming unreliable, Voyten Electric & Electronics Inc. can greatly extend the service life of your switchgear with circuit breaker overhauls, circuit breaker retrofits, circuit breaker retrofill, and by up dating the protective relay system.

Voyten Electric adds today's technology to yesterday's switchgear giving you the most for your investment. In the current Production and Services industries, you cannot accept the statement that "it is out of production and you need to change it all". Remanufactured equipment is a true value.

Upgrades, Retrofit & Retrofill

Voyten Electric & Electronics is your solution to the "it's out of production" problem that the Original Equipment Manufacturers cause when they discontinue their production lines. We do offer life extension services by offering new vacuum roll in replacement breakers, remanufactured replacement breakers, exchange programs or retro-fill devices. Whatever your situation is we provide solutions that do not include extended shut downs and loss of production.

Rebuilds

We can extend the life of your electrical equipment by rebuilding to the PEARL standards. This saves you both time and money.

All rebuilt/reconditioned equipment carries a full 1 year warranty from date of shipment.

Custom Fabrication

Voyten Electric & Electronics builds custom new and remanufactured obsolete switchgear sections and complete line-ups. If you want to extend your 1950 era 5KV circuit breakers one more circuit or build a new custom double ended substation give us a call.

Voyten Electric provides protection and metering up grades by supplying replacement doors for your existing switchgear that have the protection devices mounted and pre-wired, to allow quick-change outs. If you need to add additional protection and the latest in computer controls to your aging switchgear this program is more cost effective and causes less down time than replacing the switchgear.

Voyten Electric is your solution to switchgear failure replacement. Our technical staff can get you up and running quickly if you have had a failure in your out of production, obsolete or long lead time switchgear.

Swap Out Programs

Voyten Electric can add today's technology to yesterday's switchgear giving you the most for your investment. Using an exchange program you can plan the equipment up grades at your convenience allowing for production schedules. All while adding today's technology such as vacuum breakers, computer communications or increased interrupting ratings.

Repairs/Remodification

Voyten Electric & Electronics Inc. can repair damaged or defective products from most manufactures. Our inventory of used parts can minimize time and effort necessary to complete the repair while maintaining cost effectiveness.

Once your unit is received it will be evaluated and a free estimate will be faxed to you.
